From The Hive
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We are sorry to announce that there will be no Scouse Honey available to buy this year. It has been a very poor year for honey production due to a combination of factors; including cold spring weather and failing queens.
A lot of hard work goes into maintaining our hives so that the bees can go about their vital work of pollinating our crops and hopefully producing a honey surplus for us to harvest. All honey will be left in the hives for the bees to ensure that they have enough food to see them through the winter.

All of our products are hand made.
We do not test any products on animals and endeavour to source all ingredients from ethical suppliers who do not test on animals.
To prolong the life of our products which contain water based ingredients, we include a preservative at a ratio of not more than 1%. We always
use Optiphen or GFphen PCG which are globally approved, paraben-free, and formaldehyde-free liquid preservative system. Optiphen provides protection against growths of bacteria, yeast and mould. You will see this in the ingredients list as “Phenoxyethanol (and) Caprylyl Glycol.”
