Our aim is to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition and that you enjoy using our high quality products. If you need further information about the ingredients in our soap please ask. If you are prone to allergies we suggest you do a test patch before using a product and seek medical advice. We use essential oils some of which should not be used when pregnant, lactating or with certain medical conditions,
please seek medical advice. All of our skin care products are made in small batches so there may be some variation in color, texture or scent between batches. If you have any questions at all about your order or our products please do not hesitate to ask.
Postage
We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 - 4 working days of receiving your order, your order will be sent via 1st class post. If your order is urgent please contact us for prices for next day delivery. We will package your order so that it arrives in perfect condition, if your goods do not reach you in perfect condition please contact us on or email as soon as possible. We will arrange either to send you a replacement or arrange a refund (including postage costs).
Postage rates for our skin care products to UK addresses are as follows:
Spend £0 -£13.99 = £3.50
Spend £14.00- £24.99 = £4.95
Spend £25.00- £74.99 = £7.95
Spend £75.00- £149.99 = £10.95
Spend £150.00+ = £15.95
We may ask that faulty or damaged goods are returned to us, if the goods are found to be damaged or faulty we will arrange to have the cost
of postage returned to you.

Cancellation & Exchange Policy
If you decide you no longer want your order please contact us by email [email protected] or telephone 01515464340 7 days from the receipt of the goods. The order can be returned in their original condition and fit for re-sale. We will then refund the full value of the goods less the original delivery charges as soon as possible but always within 30 days from the date of purchase. All return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser, Scouse Honey Co cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit to us.
Exchanges
Return your goods to us within 7 days of receipt and we will dispatch replacement goods a redelivery charge will apply.
Scouse Honey Co reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are believed to be damaged or are not in their original condition.

Please check your order immediately, if your goods are damaged please contact us within 48 hours and we will address the problem. In the event of non delivery please wait 14 days from the date of the order being made, after this time we will arrange to solve the issue.
